Research And Realization Of The Purchase-Sales-Inventory Commerce Information Management System

With the development of enterprise information, more and more enterprises realize that it is important and necessary to manage enterprise inner information with Information Management System. Information Management System which is reliable, veracious, smart and applied has been becoming an actual requirement of modern enterprise. Purchase-Sales-Inventory Information Management System can manage the data of purchasing, inventory and distribution effectively.This Purchase-Sales-Inventory Information Management System introduced in the paper is a commerce management software which was designed according to the characteristic and requirement of Hangzhou Synox Pigments Co., Ltd. This system has used based on the three-tier Client/Server structure model: long-range database server, application server, client. Which is namely providing a middle- groupware between client and server, client accessing middle- groupware , middle- groupware accessing server of having requisite data. The use of the database is SQL Server2000, the programmes of application server and client were developed by Borland C++ Builder.This paper introduced the background and significance of research and development of this system , it analysed the system's function deeply and description of each module of the system functions;The paper elaborated Client/Server technology, database technology and introduced the process of design and realization of the system.
