This paper is main about the distance education,which compared its distance education in different time and existing different advantage and disadvantage.It has put forward a proposal for this point,and the web has access to the modern distance education model on this environment of computer network from analyses requirement about system.Introduces the realizes technology of design proposal,develops the platform and software & hardware for Distance Education Terrace in Guizhou Electric Fence Electricity Training Centre.The Apache+MySQL+PHP has been chosen as a representative development terrace of system.It is the operating system with the 2003 servers of Windows,taking Apache as the server of Web,taking MySQL as the backstage database,using the PHP language to carry out procedure development, which,is to implement the conjunction of the database and control of front-end browser.According to the above-mentioned system terrace,user logging in to register the mold piece has been detaily description,which invovle in safe technique, mainly including the precaution of SQL attackstone,verification system and MD5 encryption mechanism.
