The Research On Data Integration For Tuha Oil Field

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, many enterprises have gradually realized computerized information management. However, because of technical or historical reasons, these information services and management systems are mostly built for specific requirements. So there are a number of independent application systems and heterogeneous data sources in an enterprise, resulting in the segmentation of application systems. One application system cannot communicate with another and also data cannot be shared among application systems, thus making the existence of many information islands in an enterprise. Data Integration technology can realize data sharing among the heterogeneous data sources, which can establish a global data platform and provide common data views for enterprise users. Therefore, the problem of data segmentation can be solved.This thesis focuses on the above-mentioned problems, based on the project (No.04H675) named "Research on Tuha Oil field Data Integration". After research on key technologies of data integration, such as heterogeneity, integrality and expansibility, a Middleware-based data integration solution was put forward for Tuha Oil field context.
