Mobile information platform for the rural area'main scheme is integrating general resources covering GuiZhoumobile' rural network, data network and Internet. Through mobile phones, village informational machines, artificial calling center and other kinds of ways, GuiZhoumobile transmits the information from Agriculture Departments of Government, Agricultural SP/CP, the Agricultural Scientific Researching Organizations, the Agricultural Colleges and the Agricultural Enterprises to farmer and settle completely question of "last one kilometer" at information's source and transmission. At present, the platform has formally entered the commercial phase.This paper analyzed and explained particularly system and functions about the platform, and discussed correlative support platform, system interface, software and hardware, need of system. Then, it introduced security strategy about the platform. At last, it also make mention of several grand modification of platform.Technology route that the project adopts as follows:1. Adopting HuaWei Company's synthetical information service engine, and main platform is designed by HuaWei Company.2. Standardizing interface: Mobile's rural information platform is in progress according to the norm already had with available mobile platform (system, network), and builds standardizing interface document norm to carry out the data exchange with other outside platform.and my now available company platform (hold system , the network) being in progress in the light of already from the norm; By building standardizing interface document norm and other outside, system carries out the data exchange.3. Unified cut-over and individual Information service: providing the unified cut-over channel to the consumer, and adopting the unified short message number , website domain name, and providing individual service to peasants according to their ordering relations.4.
