Traditional PLC After several decades of development, has become a mature technology, with its high-speed, high-performance, high reliability in the field of industrial control has been widely used. Soft PLC system uses software technology to achieve the functions of the traditional PLC, the PLC to overcome the traditional shortcomings of the poor open. In recent years, with embedded systems in control of a wide range of industrial applications, embedded technology and soft PLC technology is the combination of industrial and technological development of an inevitable trend.Paper analysis domestic and foreign embedded softPLC technology, give a softPLC embedded Linux systems—ELSPLC system design. The hardware platforms adopt multi CPU parallel structure to improve the system's real-time processing capabilities; software platform used embedded Linux operating system, to lower system cost and increase the flexibility of software development.Paper discuss ELSPLC detailed on the system's hardware and software design. Hardware is modular in design programmes, including the core modules, I/O modules. Software system into the development of systems and operating systems, development system using ISaGRAF software and operating systems, including systems management, virtual machine, communications interface, I/O interface module.Testing and practical application show that the proposed ELSPLC the system is stable and reliable, fast response, to meet the general needs of the industrial control.
