For the past few years, Alone with usement of the microcellular mobile communication syetem outdoor, distribution system indoor,W-LAN system,communication equipment pint-sized optical communication phone and ADSL in a whole in more and more place., low power communication power supply is widely used at the same time.In the fieid of high frequency switching power supply, alone with increasement of environmental protection consciousness, we advocate a concept of "the green power source", which requests the equipment without any pollution to the electrical network. It mainly include the harmonic content, the power factor, the waveform distortion and so on. Because the traditional electric power installation uses no-control method in rectification process, latter meets the bigger low frequency electric capacity filter, and the input current is a very narrow pulse wave, including more harmonic component, the electrical network quality is polluted seriously, even interferes the electronic installation. To solve this problem positively, we can use power factor correction (PFC) to deal with it. To conform the input electric current to the standard, a power factor adjuster is attached in front of the DC/DC converter in the switching power supplyment.The domestic and foreign switching power supply development and the present situation was analyzied in this paper, and the powerfactor adjustment technology was researched. And in this foundation, according to the microcellular mobile communication syetem outdoor the characteristic and the requestment, a practical non-pollution low power switching power supplyment with the function of PFC was designed, and the concrete design procedure and the electric circuit parametercomputation was proposed. The structure of power source is the modular structure including the EMI filter circuit, entire bridge levelling circuit,(PFC) power factor compensating circuit, DC/DC transfer network. The power source host transfer network uses two levels of structures. The first level adjust the power factor and the latter level has the function of DC/DC transformation, and the PFC electric circuit uses the Boost boosted circuit, enables the power factor to achieve above99%. At the same time, the DC/DC converter partially uses one-end instead the stirring up-like electric circuit analysis situs, decrease the cost.After the designment of the PFC electric circuit and the single-end instead the stirring up-like electric circuit, a prototype of the Low power communication power supplyment was made. Testing the rate of voltage to adjust, the rate of the electric current to adjust,the output of ripples, factor of power, a practical testing standard of the low power communication power supply was provided in this thesis. The result shows that the low power communication power supply in this thesis is practical which is used in the power supply of microcellular mobile communication outdoor system.
