Electronic commerce is the business mode of information society, it is the future of business. It not only makes traditional commerce more fleet, convenient, but also will change the structure and operation pattern of traditional commerce radically. Electronic payment is the core of electronic commerce, it has a direct influence on the development speed and scope of electronic commerce. Electronic cash is a rising electronic payment means, and it is the most potential means. It is a simulation of real coin which ensures users' anonymity, off-line and un-tractability.Firstly, this paper reviewed the research results and development situation in electronic cash, discussed about relevant knowledge used in multi-bank e-cash systems. Then the divisible principle in e-cash systems and its application methods are introduced. And two kinds of divisible e-cash system based on ECC were proposed by combine existed e-cash protocol. First, we proposed a fair divisible off-line e-cash system based on elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem (ECDLP) and restrictive blind signature technique. By using transferable cash, the divisibility can be achieved. So the electronic cash can be paid in precision. Second, combining divisibility, multi-bank and anonymity revoking, we constructed a multi-bank divisible e-cash system based on ECC. It was based on the research results of CS97 group signature protocol and a divisible e-cash system proposed by Toru Nakanishi and Yuji Sugiyama. And it is the key part of this thesis. Fairness and divisibility is combined based on multi-bank e-cash. So it solved precise payment and security, and be able to prevent fraud and illegal action making use of electronic cash. Finally, we simulate the scheme on VC++ 6.0, the result shows that the scheme is feasible and correct.
