Nowadays, with the development of cryptography and communication network, there are key problems in electronic commerce that how to implement electronic payment safely, effectively, fairly, and protect the users'privacy. Electronic cash technology has yielded as a solution to these problems.In this paper, we first study the online e-cash schemes based on blind signature of the RSA, and analysis the possibility of users' information leakage of the existing schemes. To ensure the premise which does not repeat cost, we design a blind signature e-cash scheme of the RSA by joining a serial number. The new scheme requires less storage space and has more security than the existing schemes.Secondly, we analysis the security of the existing schemes based on blind signature with bilinear pairings. On the basis of elliptic curve public-key cryptosystem, we propose a new partial blind signature with bilinear pairings, which is used in the offline e-cash system. The new scheme has the features including the recoverability, the low calculation and the high security. And it can be applied to the offline e-cash scheme of small quality.
