The laboratory FESTO combined process control experiment device is researched in the paper. The installment has the formidable functions in the experiment, it integrated four kind of typical control system, which are Fluid position control, flow control, pressure control, and temperature control. And the device can according to the control need, combined the four kind of system for the complicated system to simulate the actual situation in industry. Also by the device, we can do more researched on control modes such as the open-loop, the closed-loop and the forward-feedback etc.The paper selects fluid position and temperature as the control variables. Use the mechanism and the experiment to mode for SISO subjects of first-order, second-order and nonlinear two inputs and outputs subjects, and use two theories to decoupling for nonlinear two inputs and outputs subjects, On these models, some control algorithms such as PID, fuzzy-self PID algorithm etc are studied and simulated in the paper.Finally, in fundamental research's foundation, the thesis has designed prototype system of process control. The system has two control patterns, the one is control unit on the spot, it takes the MSP430 single-chip as the core and deals with the data-gathering and controlling of process object; the another is superior machine, it receives the field data and control variables from the control unit by RS232 and realizes the real-time monitoring and data disposal to control process.The actual system application indicated: The FESTO process control experiment device has good flexibility and usability, it supplies process control and the computer control experiment teaching for a good environment. The simulation results had proved that these models are reasonable and control algorithms are feasible.
