In the recent years, for the superiority of detecting stealth target, non-cooperative transmitter passive location technologies for non-radiating targets through signals from non-cooperative transmitter have attracted a great deal of interest. As common civil transmitters, TV signals used in passive radar have very important meaning. According to traditional radars, TV radar have many advantages, such as receiver can't be easily detected, can avoid the assault of anti-eradiate missile; system structure is simple, and the cost is cheap; meanwhile, its flexibility is quite good, and the system will not interfere civil communication equipments.In the first place, non-cooperative transmitter radar's current development and roominess foreground is discussed in this paper. Secondly, simulative TV system affect distance is analyzed, and got the character that how to find the radar orientation. Thirdly, TV signals' idiographic characteristic and disciplinarian is recommended, and the emulation of simulative TV signals and digital TV signals is given. Finally, RLS cancellation algorithm was simulated to process both theory data and radar received data to prove its feasibility and validity, with which we can cancel direct signals from the received signals.
