| High-speed-dome-camera control system is a kind of monitor system with integrated camera, universal speed pan and tilt, decoders, zoom lens, shields and other components. It mainly controls integrated camera, pan and tilt, the auxiliary system and other parts of the system. Specifically, the operator can control the movement of pan and tilt by manipulating the rocker. The operator can also controls the camera len's open and close, regulate the focal length, aperture size, automatically scanning, automatic cruise, set the cruise path and the path pattern through pressing the corresponding function keys. The operator can also set alarm and triggering alarm linkage and other subsidiary functions in order to monitor the target area. High-speed-dome-camera control system is an important part of video monitor system and plays an increasingly important role in all kinds of video monitor occasions.This paper analyses the status and direction of the development of the video monitor system and the camera control system particularly, and then design a kind of High-speed-dome-camera control system. Specifically, the main work is as follows.(1) According to the project requirements, determine the technical parameters of this High-speed-dome-camera control system and then establishe the overall design of the system.(2) Use a complete microstepping motor driver A3979 developed by Allegro to drive horizontal and vertical stepper motors, and achieve a method to accelerate or decelerate the speed of step motor following exponential curve, to achieve a comprehensive control of the camera.(3) Use MB90092 developed by FUJITSU to design a video character superimposition system in ored to produce Chinese menu.High-speed-dome-camera control system designed by this paper has reached the expected function and technical parameters.With rapid response, accurate position, convenient operation and rich information, the control system can widely used in various types of video monitor systems. |
