This paper researches the Stores launch system. The current research situation of the Stores launch system in the world systematically is analyzed in the beginning of this thesis. The mathematical-physical modeling of the launch system under the coupled fields, temperature and pressure, is established. And base on the Classical Interior Ballistics and the Gas Dynamics, the simulation program is written in this paper.By the simulation program, we get a series of results of Gas Dynamics for two different models mentioned above. These results can be the reference for the following study and practical use.The Finite Element Analysis of the model using the ANSYS software based on the Gas Dynamics results, and the coupling stress value of the model that is subjected to the Thermo-mechanical Coupling is gotten. For single-stage piston model, according to finite element simulation results, the effect of the wall-thickness on the coupling stress value is received. For the three-stage piston launch system, different parameters, including the type of the ammunition, the size of the control valve diameter and having the dropping equipment or not, have different effect on the coupling stress value, and then put forward their laws, which can be the theory reference for the practical production.The Dynamics study and the Finite Element Analysis of the coupled fields on the three decompression devices which can reduce the press of the three-stage piston launch system put forward several results, and these results show that the three decompression devices are reasonable.
