With the wide use of the credit system in the universities all over the country, the administrant system of the credit system is also extended and popularized. Therefore, the management and maintenance of the students' data becomes simple and easy. However, the conventional electronic registration of the academic certificate system only considers the stand-alone management of the data. It is somewhat against the grain, compared with the all-directional administrant credit system now. Then how to use the data in the credit system to have the electronic registration is the new-coming problem that that should be re-considered.The credit system based on the Access database is the principal part at present. In order to make the data become complete, practical and real as required by the Ministry of Education, the paper deals with the data in Access format in the credit system to make it much easier to cope with. Then explain the data in Excel format in detail in the paper the Electronic Academic Registration System based on the Credit System meanwhile, researching on the comparison, checking-out, filling-in, auto-coding and data handing-in of the registering data based on the Access format in the paper the Electronic Academic Registration System based on the Credit System. And the paper succeeded in coping with the problems, such as contradiction between the Access data in the credit system and the DBF format required by the Ministry of Education, the comparison between the graduation list and the enrolling list, the checking out of the students' ID number, birth day, sex, name, etc., the renewal of the similar kind of students with the same characteristics and the auto coding of the registration from the following six aspects, they are: the inducing and educing of data, the comparison of the data, the checking out of the data, the filling-in of the data, auto-coding and the handing-in of the data.
