As the task of the avionics system is increasingly huger, the system has more requirements on the signal processing, including the large capacity data, highly complicated algorithm and real-time operation. Therefore, the research, design and realize of the real-time signal processing system based on high-speed bus have very important realistic significances in the development of the present avionics system.This project is designed for the real-time signal processing of airborne sensors. How to realize the high-speed data transmission capacity and the powerful signal processing capability is the most important. In order to achieve this objective, the distributed multi-DSP parallel processing structure based on StarFabric bus is adopted, by using StarFabric technology to solve the big amount data communication among the boards and utilizing multi-DSP parallel processing to realize the powerful signal processing capability.The whole design process includes structure design, schematic design,PCB design, FPGA logic design and debugging, DSP bottom program design and debugging, and so on. The main contributions in this dissertation are followed:And according to the technical requirements of the signal processing card, the system model—distributed multi-DSP system is proposed.Firstly, the schematic diagram design of the signal processing card is completed, which include DSP,FPGA,SDRAM,DPRAM,FLASH,CPCI,StarFabric interface circuit,JTAG circuit,power circuit and timing circuit.Secondly, the DSP bottom program is completed by using CCS. And it's debugging is completed with the cooperation of Data Switch Module and Data Processing Module in Integrated Core Processor. The communication among four DSPs and the communication between DSP and StarFabric bus are realized.Finally, the Range-Doppler algorithm is also realized on the card, and the result is obtained. The correctness and feasibility of the card's hardware and software design is verified. The result indicates that this card is coincident with the demand of real-time signal processing and can be applied to the real-time signal processing widely.
