Private/professional mobile communication is the important part of mobile communication system. Digital trunked mobile system is the advanced level of the private/professional mobile communication. Presently, the technology of analog trunked communication system has dropped behind. Digitial trunked mobile system is becoming more and more popular, because it has higher spectrum efficiency, better communication quality and more system capility and can provide for various communication services, flexible network management. MTS system is the digital trunked communication system satisfied the requirements of public security department. This paper aims at analysing baseband key algorithms of the handset of MTS system, and realizing them on OMAP5912.Firstly, we will introduce the digital communication system development and the research background of this thesis in brief. Secondly, we outline the air interface standard about the physical layer and down MAC layer. In the thired chapter, we will introduce the GMSK modulation and demodulation in detail. Another part of this chapter is symbol synchoronization. We will introduce the algrithm of synchoronization called the maximum absolute value. According the result of simulation, we will prove that the synchoronization algorithm can be applied in our digital trunked communication system. Then, we will describe the algritms of channel code and decode in the DMO, including CRC ,convolutional encoding ,Viterbi decoding and so on.We simulate the error rate of TCH/F in MATLAB. The fifth is the key chapter in the thesis. In this chapter, we will describe how to realize GMSK modulation and demodulation, channel encoding and decoding. In the end of the chapter, we will introduce the method how to test our software module. Finally, we summarize our work and point out the shortage in our work. |
