Research Management System, Based On The Mvc Architecture

The scientific research management information system takes the flow of the scientific research project as the core, and comprehensively manages many scientific research activities, such as the scientific project application, the project opening report, the project contract, the implementing schedule of the project, the project completion report, the achievements in scientific research and the project fund by means of computer informationization in order to attain a convenient and highly efficient management and control of the scientific research project, to meet the needs for the decision makers of the scientific research management department in universities to conduct a macroscopic management and decision-making of the scientific activities, as well as providing a basis for the scientific research institutes to assess the researchers in a certain project. Through the platform of the scientific research management system, the network management of the scientific research can be fulfilled; a timely renewed scientific research center and a communication platform for scientific research management can be established. Moreover, the scientific research management system will provide the correlative scientific research information comprehensively, timely, and accurately which in turn provides an assistant support for school leaders to make scientific research decisions; provide a convenient and prompt service for teachers to launch scientific research activities, and also provide great convenience for school administrators of scientific research to conduct their work.This issues just aims at the above questions, and tries to provide the systematic methods and practical techniques for a series of activities of the university scientific project based on MVC and the well-bedded technique framework of Struts+Spring+Hibernate. The main contents of this paper are:1. Detailed research on the B/S model based management information system; comparing and summing-up the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system.2. Detailed research on MVC fundamental based system development; deeper understanding of the Struts, Spring and Hibernate techniques. 3. Research on the correlative content of the management of scientific research for university; making analysis for the flow of the scientific research activities, such as the scientific project application, the project opening report, the project contract, the implementing schedule of the project, the project completion report, the achievements in scientific research and the project fund.4. Develop a B/S model based university scientific research management system by using the Struts+Spring+Hibernate techniques and MVC framework.
