Software Radio Shortwave Differential Frequency Hopping Communication System

The short-wave Differential Frequency Hopping (DFH) technology combined with modulation, encoding and frequency hopping technology, highly improved the data transmission, anti-interference and anti-fading ability of the system,the DFH has many advantages compared to normal frequency hopping, represents the developing direction of new generation HF anti-jamming communication scheme.This dissertation briefly discusses the realization technology of the Digital communication unit which is implemented by using Software Defined Radio Technique. This paper is mainly focused on the the communication unit's solution and software realization, which is consisted of six chapters.Chapter one, gives a brief introduction of Shortwave Frequency-Hopping Communication Technology, introduces the short-wave frequency hopping communication development, the research status and application of DFH technology .Chapter two, briefly introduce the key technique of Shortwave DFH Communication System and the principle of DFH Communication Technology.Chapter three, intrduces the hardware platform of the system, provide the architecture of the DFH Communication system, describle the system's hardware structure which is base on Software Defined Radio Technique, meanwhile, talk about the criteria of chips choice.Chapter four, mainly provide the software solution for transmitter and Digital receiving unit, meanwhile providing corresponding flow chart of software.Chapter five, present the testing and experiment of the Shortwave DFH system, which include the fuction level testing and the system level experiment,And the result proves the feasibility of DFH technology used in short-wave communication.Chapter six, conclution and the contribution of this thesis.
