The many value-added telecom services, Coloring Ring Back Tone (CRBT) service has been regarded as the best subject favors to the businessman. The operators obtain huge profits with the business penetration rate increased for long time.As for young children CRBT business from business operations turn into the star forward, the CRBT penetration have been more than 10%. Presented the customer loyalty is not high, through the Coloring Ring Back Tone development into the growth period, the consumer population big imports and big exports, product design complexity, customers use CRBT dysfunction, self-ling, the low rate, CRBT system difficult to adapt to the changing needs of operators, outside the system interface numerous and lacks the unification, the system, complex business logic, the lack of standardized data, How to established a new system to develop effective marketing strategies to expand CRBT, solution the size, regular the users , improve change efficient has brought great difficulties.This thesis is against the current operators of the marketing needs of CRBT,strips the Coloring Ring Back Tone platform business management function, the former moved to the CRBT marketing system, further weakening CRBT platform as a pure technology platform to support the access of new products and business management control, the abstract Coloring Ring Back Tone marketing's essential service application Component, Based on the XML and SOAP Web Service technology, are all kinds of heterogeneous data and background task scheduling, distribution of seamless convergence and full sharing of information to the users have to target groups, to precise marketing as the basis of scientific management, appropriate and relevant to the user segment and the screening, Meet user demand for their own personalized content, the formulation and implementation target-oriented marketing scheme, realizes the different marketing way (Short messages/color messages/WAP…),different marketing channel (newspaper/television/broadcasting station…) the statistical analysis, supports from the color bell marketing strategy defines to the result feedback entire life cycle process.In this thesis, with China Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., Sichuan CRBT marketing platform for the specific needs of business, design the system to achieve a detailed program, in accordance with the RUP unified software development process norms and standards, the use of J2EE technology, use of Rational Rose and Power Designer Modeling systems And database modeling, and the entire project needs analysis, analysis and design, coding, testing and deployment, and the actual application of the system was verified.By the end of this project in Sichuan Mobile on-line use, that the entire system design reasonable and feasible program to meet the needs of the operators, for the current marketing communications CRBT value-added services to the market with practical value and significance of the solution.
