The Reasearch On Scientific Documents Checking Of Quotation Order

Scientific papers are the main forms of the researchers who engage in scientific studies, and is the important method of sending their academic ideas and views to the society. These papers can be transfered into productive forces.Science and technology document retrieval system is commonly used by researchers as document retrieval tools. But with fast development of the science, the number of the scientific documents is growing more and more, how to find out the ones that people want among the large number of documents is the main point that they care about. It is the most essential problem that how to arrange the papers in the retrieval system according to the quality and display them to the people.This paper is to study the calculating methods of quotation arrangement in the quotation internet system that is obtained after retrieving the scientific documents in the light of the key words. In the quotation system the arrangement result that is gained from the related strength between the scientific documents and others is academic and reasonable, but the calculating method is complicated. It is the quotation frequency that the document is quoted that is directly related to the strength. If we can transfer the way of using the related strength to arrangement to the method of using the quotation frequency, this problem will be easier. This paper use JAVA to design the program and apply JDBC for linking with data base, The data base use the practical SQL SERVER 2000, which has high-speed, large capacity and convenient transferring efficacy.The arrangement calculation method is the direct inquiring ways in the data base ,it can arrange the documents according to the quoted frequency and count the sources of the articles. The consequence and the theory of this paper is reasonable and effective, it can be used into the online retrieval arrangement and promote the quality of the document retrieval.
