Industrialization Network is the base of massive industry production,is one of the very important parts of Industry Modernization.This paper focused on the FCS(FieldBus Control System),one of Industrialization Network Systems facing to manufacture procedure. Field-bus technology is hot spot talked about by all over world.And fully digital control system based on field bus is the mainstream of automatic-control system in the 21st century.As a kind of rising field bus technology,Controller Area Network(CAN)delivers data by use shorter frame and filter mechanism.CAN has the specialty of high dependability,high real time and flexile performance.The distributed network based on CAN bus can be conveniently construct and meet demand of practical engineering in lower cost.The dissertation relates to Field bus technolgy,embed system-designed technology and Digital DC Driving System technolgy. Here it concentrates on following six parts:The first two chapters inquired into the field bus control technology's concept and the characteristic, the network architecture and model, then introduced the concrete application's field bus CAN, elaborated the CAN bus's agreement rule, has made the detailed introduction to the CAN2.0 agreement's regular characteristic, and elaborated the CAN field bus's principle of work. The third chapter introduced the CAN bus control system's design, mainly includes hardware circuit design, PCB design, embedded operating system platform construction and application programming, the embedded platform's construction divides into foundation: the cross development environment, the Bootloader transplant, the Linux transplant and the file system's manufacture. The fourth chapter introduced the direct current motor velocity modulation controller's design, and described the PI control algorithm and the PWM driving system's design in detail, finally has given the software flow and the system debug result. The fifth chapter mainly elaborated the system overall construction design, has completed the direct current motor velocity modulation controller and the CAN bus controller data communication, as well as the CAN bus and the PC correspondence, the experimental proof system movement is good. Finally, this article gives to the overall system design summary and the application prospect.This system not only may widely apply in the industrial control domain, realizes the industry supervisory system's network, passes through further develops, in domains instruments and meters, intelligent uptown also has the broad application prospect and the promoted value.
