Along with the rapid development of mineral processing, new technologies, new crafts, new equipments and new methods emerge ceaselessly. The automatic control is adapted during the process of ore stave, grinding and classification, filtration dehydration, ore concentrate exwork and debris processing, all above help the realization of dressing production process automation and enhance the labor productivity and the dressing returns-ratio and the ore concentrate personal status greatly, the improvement of work condition and reduction of the medicament and the electrical energy consumption cause the dressing production to be more economical and reasonable.This article studies the topic in a different way from the traditional dressing control which always apply wired telecommunication,dressing automatic detection application plan based on the data broadcasting station wireless communication was used. The wireless way by no means is most economical, but in view of dressing automation domain certain complex correspondence question,for example in environments where accusation equipment is relatively far and the craft is too disperses, the condition is complex, the operating mode is danger, situations and so on in wiring difficulty, uses the wireless correspondence to have surpasses the line-wire communication the characteristic, sometimes even also is the only solution.The wireless communication does not need the visible transmission medium, the wiring, the environment, the distance and so on many factor limits, does not have invests slightly, effective quick, easy to maintain strongly, the extendibility and so on the characteristics, this regarding equipment quantity many, distributed broad industrial production process, compares has the superiority in the wired transmission.This article takes the grinding and the classification control system in the mineral separation plant as the research object, the union existing line-wire communication line, the data broadcasting station wireless communication, the configuration software and the PLC control technology fuses, the research designed the grinding and the classification wireless observation and control system based on the data broadcasting station.And acts according to ModBus RTU communication protocol, in Simens STEP7 programming environment and "Kingview 6.5" under the command language editor environment, compiled has monitored the software and the PLC signal procedure, has realized in "Kingview" under the movement environment, monitored the software through the data broadcasting station and the lower position machine PLC system wireless correspondence question, thus expanded the useage of configuration software and PLC in the dressing automatic control application domain.In this article constructs the wireless observation and control system combined by PLC, the wireless data broadcasting station and the IPC three parts to be composed.According to the ore dressing plant actual need, the system design three level of monitoring systems which from field data gathering, the equipment scene control, the long-distance equipment monitors.In order to be advantageous for the system to expand, the IPC and PLC uses the host from the type distribution structure, carries on the long-distance correspondence through the data broadcasting station.The data broadcasting station wireless communication in the dressing automatic control application, causes the network of entire dressing automatic control system to be more flexible and simple.At the same time, also for under the complex dressing craft, the realization the mineral separation plant the complex automatic control to provide a new access to the process.
