Firstly the thesis presents the title's meaning and the searching background, analyzes the application of generated software in industry monitoring and controlling system presently, and summarizes their merits and limitations, with emphasis on Monitor and Control Generated System (MCGS).MCGS is been widely used at present. The thesis discusses the merits of MCGS which is simply, efficiently and fast manipulated and the limitations of simple arithmetic and weak robustness. And MCGS can just use the simple PID arithmetic. The thesis presents the advanced arithmetic which can be used in the factual controlling process and proposes the thought of further developing latency of MCGS generated software.Second the thesis presents the theory of one kind of advanced arithmetic particularly, analyzes the rationale and work process of control arithmetic of BP neural network adjusting PID, and brings improved step.Third the thesis expatiates the whole process of the application of the advanced control arithmetic among the control process, based on MATLAB and MCGS, presents the emphases and difficulties in application particularly, the compiling and embedding of arithmetic, the collection of real-time data etc. Firstly, it narrates the interface between MATLAB and external program, analyzes several kinds of method at present and takes COM to carry out the MATLAB exterior transfer. Secondly it designs the BP neural network adjusting PID controller. Finally it particularly presents the process of compiling the MCGS controller in Visual Basic.At end the thesis achieves the process of linking the self-made controller and generated software and the control effect, analyzes the practicability from the effect of running speed, controlling effect, reliability and hardware demand.To sum up, MCGS is an application plant, MATLAB is the tool of math analyzing, data processing and arithmetic exploiting, and VB is the connection between them. An intelligent control system which is set up in laboratory environment makes use of the merits of MATLAB in compiling arithmetic, as well as the generated software's advantage of developing application. The generated software imports the advanced arithmetic, not only the simple PID or hardware controllers. So its capabilities have greatly improved, and the advanced arithmetic has been used more widely.The result of experiments shows that the designing project of this system is feasible, especially it has short developing period, stable control, advanced control arithmetic and further developing latency.
