Energy is important basic natural resource of human existence, economic development, and society progress. It's crucial strategic material, which is related to economic lifeline and safety of a country. It's also the important basis of sustainable development of society economy. It plays an important role in the structure of modernization.Based on the specific Situation of energy consumption and the time delaying in energy supply-demand, applying non-linear dynamics in energy economic system, this paper build energy consumption model in the control of government and feedback regulation model with time delay, and analyze the stability of the models by use of stabilizing theory. On the base of discussing energy market, using the way of mathematic thought and mathematic analysis, we analyze domestic energy market and give the choice of energy market -strengthening market competition. Price as the best method of market, reflects the supply-demand relation of energy market, so we build differential equation of energy price based on relation of energy supply demand and price by using of cobweb theory and price theory of economics. At the same time considering the influence of rising of price and the delaying of yielding enterprise from learning information of demand to controlling supply, we built linear differential equation model with delaying of energy price, analysis the stability depending on main-term analytical method and give the condition of tending to balance price, which makes for analysis of energy economy circumstance and set up proper controlling policy. At last, we give the basic way of energy price system reform.
