With the development of computer technology, Data Acquisition System can convert analog signal into digital signal through A/D, and can facilitate the realization of digital signal storage, processing and reproduction, so this system has been much more widely used. Aimed at the real-time inventory acquisition system has some disadvantages, such as large in size, design complexity, higher costs, we design a multi-channel data acquisition system, which is based on high-speed serial bus and digital signal processor, and has low cost and high integration, meanwhile has digital processing capacity.The main task and achievement in this thesis include:First, considering the universal and high-speed feature of the USB interface, we select USB interface as the interface of the host, select DSP as the core processor in the data acquisition. In the design we fully study the software between core and the instrument of the USB interface, seamless link between DSP and USB.Second, give the method that multi-channel ADC data processing and transmitting and host monitor all the system. We can select to collect one way or up to 16-way analog voltage signals conveniently.Third, give the implication of all the circuit and design the hardware of the system, include: the design of direct link between USB and F2812, the design of system power, the hardware circuit design of the external RAM expansion and pre-processing circuit.Fourth, give the software implication of the system, include: USB control software, DSP software design, WINDOWS PC program design. In the design of USB instrument, we use Slave FIFO interface to communicate with DSP, USB interface is the high-speed link between DSP and PC, to make DSP communicate with PC through USB interface in high-speed. It dose not need the firmware interface of USB instrument, to make USB 2.0 interface transmission bandwidth fully use. In the design of the DSP software, we introduce the configuration of ADC module, data acquisition and transmission, the impletion of host control, the feedback of State information and so on. In the host software, we design host read data and control system.Fifth, test and analysis all the performance of the. system.This system can not only satisfy the demand of single channel and high sampling rate, but also acquire multi-signals selectively. It has strong flexibility. At the same time this system support plug and play, so it is used very convenient.
