Data acquisition and integration will play more and more important roles in thedeepen process of enterprise informatization. However, many data acquisition systemsare usually made up of single-chip with eight bits, bar code auto-recognition andRS422/485communication. This architecture has some disadvantages such as limiteddata resources, low data reliability and not robust to the worse environment. A newarchitecture integrated with RFID, ARM and network can solve the above problems.In this paper, we firstly introduce acquisition system's basic concepts, developmenthistory and usual proposal. And then analyze the usual proposal's deficiency. At lastpropose our design and implementation. The main work is detailed as follows:1. An ARM7 hardware platform based on LPC2210 was design and implemented,which consists of main circuit and peripheral interface circuit.2. Based on electromagnetic theory, we discuss the key technique of passiveinductance coupling system, i.e., rectangular antenna design. And then construct amathematical model, which enriching and complement our design. At last a RFIDreader with high ability of anti-jamming was designed and implemented.3. We implement the replanting ofμC/OS-Ⅱon the basis of LPC2210, andapplication software, discuss Manchester decoding scheme on the basis of EM4100RF card and present a concrete solution.At the end of this paper, we summarize this paper and present some advices forfurther study.
