Plant growth simulation model is the quantitative study of the growth of plants important means of its research in the agricultural and forestry research, green landscape design, education, entertainment,business and other fields have significant prospects and the application of practical value. Structure-function model is one of the most important plant modeling method ,and the distribution of biomass construction is the most difficult aspect, so far not a widely accepted view.This paper studies the physiology of plant biomass in the allocation process, and based on the function of the process-structure model of the mathematical model, based on experimental data and the model parameter calibration, as the L-form generator system through structure-function and L-system the integration of process simulation of plant growth. In addition, the design and development of the plant growth simulation and visualization system.The whole project shows as following, based on the basic principles of plant biology. The model taking into account the structural and physiological function of the interaction, can simultaneously simulate plant topology and geometry of the development and changes.
