National University Network In Instructional Design And Evaluation

Network education is a new education mould that combines the traditional education mould and network technology , network education has these characters: opening , independence , corporation and learning based on network media, it can use the advantage of the network deeply , break through the time and space's limits , share the best education resource, so it shows the opening character of education activity in information times.As the West Region Campus Network Project, almost every university and college have the campus-network , the campus-network is not only the good base of online teaching and learning activity but the network education researching .As minority nationality universities began the online education later, and software and hardware are insufficient compare to other universities in developed area .Building on all above, it is imperative and urgent for us to do the research of internet-based teaching. This paper aims to explore how to make use of campus web and propels the inclusion and development of internet-based teaching.This distribution is built on the theoretical basis of internet-based mode—Constructive leaning theory, make the compassion of traditional teaching mode, tries to explore the paucities of internet-based teaching openness autonomy and cooperation. Secondly, it analysis the contents design of internet-based teaching, the methods for teaching organization and some related problems, which should be focused on. All these originate from the fact: there are a lot of differences between internet-based teaching and traditional teaching. Then, the features of internet-based teaching such as openness and autonomy, which decide the methods and means of teaching evaluation. This paper analyzes the importance of teaching evaluation, and the related problems also receive the concentration. In the end, the whole paper introduces the design procedure of internet-based teaching system.
