With the growing size HSK, HSK examination results'data is bigger and bigger. The data is not effectively used to analysis by using the traditional method. Data mining provides a powerful tool for large-scale data processing. The rules or patterns in the hidden can be found and the multi-association in the score is identified by using data mining technology. The study of this paper analyze multi-variant relation by data mining around the HSK score, and excavate the relationship between various factors affecting students to learn Chinese, and establish the decision-making model of Discipline of Chinese Language Teaching. Therefore, the main research works are as follows:(1) Collect and collate HSK examination results data about 10 times of Xinjiang Normal University between 2005 and 2009, and clean, integrate, converse and import the original data to meet the requirements of data accuracy for data mining.(2) Determine the mining multi-dimension: specialty, grade, age, and gender by using cognitive theory and constructivist learning theory. Achieve design of association rule mining program and obtain the results of association rules by using the classic method of Apriori algorithm in association rules.(3) The decision-making model about improving their Chinese level of minority students is established and the validity of conclusions are verified on the based of association rules. Targeted recommendations are proposed based on the results; provide theory and data support for discipline of Chinese Language Teaching.Obtain the following conclusions by analyzing: (1) The HSK number of minority students in science majors in school is more than the students of liberal art majors, but the Chinese level of minority students in the qualified and preferable rate is higher than them; excellent rate has not kinds of features. (2)With the growing grade, level of Chinese of students is developing. Learning environment of Chinese language teaching in professional courses promote the Chinese capabilities of students. (3) There is a big difference between boys and girls in the performance of language learning: girls are more excellent than boys.It confirms cognitive psychology and objective and subjective conditions which influent language learning, indicate Chinese Language Teaching to satisfy the law of recognition by above findings. With social progress and network development, the higher demands of Chinese language teaching for minorities is proposed, so the building of the subject needs further strengthening.
