We do consider distributed computing as a new field of computing pattern. Then we also do believe Web Service make distributed computing more practical. Web Service, which have attributes of low coupling, easy use, reusable and composite, provides a easy technical way of the reusable software development. Based on the web services, web services composition consumes those services on some business logic. And then provide a newly service function to satisfy customer request. While those Services, participated in the web services composition, have no such function. Therefore web services composition make the Real-Time Enterprise to be true.After studied the status quo of Web Service and Web Services Composition, we put forward the dynamic decentralized web services composition. If we deploy a composite web service on the web services composition engine and run it on the engine, we call it as centralized web services composition. Contrarily we call it a decentralized web services composition. Those to say, part centralized web services composition into several composite web services, deploy those composite services on several decentralized web services composition engines. During the running time, web service engine interact with the others automatically, which perform a newly business function of centralized composite web service. If the decentralized web Service composition binds its' web services providers before the execution time or in execution time, we call this kind web services composition as dynamic decentralized web services composition. Decentralized web services composition can bring high performance attribute and high agile attribute.Studied on the status of web service and services composition, special dynamic web services composition and decentralized web services composition, this paper gives newly concepts of web services composition, namely dynamic decentralized web services composition and new system architecture in this composition method. Based on opening source in this area, we give simple implementations of the system architecture, which implements dynamic decentralized web services composition engine. By experimentations, we have proved that under high load, decentralized composite web service sustains higher load and provides higher response speed than the centralized composite web service.
