Human being has been striding over information epoch in recent years, the most important character and foundation of which is digitalized technique, that is to store,transform and process everything in digital form. So we can simply apprehend virtual human technique to be how to digitalize ourselves. However, strictly speaking, virtual human technique is a kind of technique which based on virtual reality technique, mainly study on human characters (including geometrical,behavioral,perceptive,emotional,mental,physiological and sociality etc.) and their digital expressions in virtual space.This paper centers on virtual human's walking simulation, mainly research on virtual human's geometrical modeling and behavioral control methods, which contains stick model,entity model,surface model and so on modeling method and key frarre,dynamics,kinematics,motion capture etc. motion generating methods, make comparison of each method's advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, introduce some typical virtual human synthetic systems like DI-Guy,Jack,VLNet,Poser and JointMotion, make good preparation for further study related with virtual human technique.In the end, I build a human walking model from experimental data with parameterized interpolation of joint's flexing degrees and operate the DOF nodes in virtual human model created by Creator software under OSG developing environment, make rotation or translation between body parts in order to simulate human's walking locomotion, and achieve a considerable effect. And also this method can represent human's personal characters during walking process, so it is universal and individualized.
