Market competition has been brought into news broadcasting by the revolution of public broadcasting management. These media that can catch public "attentions" got benefit from the market, no mater their importance and management styles. In 1990s, we have a great deal of difficulties in party papers'trading need to deal with and must confront this fact: their influences weaken and advertisement business decline, although these party papers have played an important role in press market. In these advertisements in party papers, there a little of them are consumer-goods advertisements or commercial advertisements, and little of them come from new-rising economic fields with a broad market and a fast development. These difficulties and situations result in terrible economic benefits of party papers and the shortage of money to keep them surviving and developing.In other hand, the Provincial Newspapers of CPC have some unique advantages. Their politic virtue exists in their consistent reports and profound analysis. Their authorities come from their publicizing policy, leading and supervising the public voice. So that the main audience of party newspapers consist of elites in various fields, who are the core stone of our society. It will help party papers winning market competitions to maintain and increase these audiences.Therefore, I put my discussion in the background of revolution and fast-developing and focus on how improve the competence of party papers to take an advance in advertisement market by following measures: to have a well-known of the current situation and assay future tendency, to analyze the value of advertisements in the Provincial newspapers of CPC, to review and study the marketing strategy, to develop and expand advertisement market, to build up their own brands.
