Interview program come up in 1990's, and it has expanded quickly. From CCTV to local television stations, even every channel, has their own interview programs made by themselves. The interviewing programs have the characteristics of mass communication and personal communication, which realize the personification of mass communication and popularization of personal communication. With the mass producing process, we find out some problems behind it., which emphasize the aim of mass communication, ignore the essence of personal communication, with large performance, fan up sensation and machinery questions and answers. The real meaning interview program is that through the sincere communication between the anchorperson and the person who is interviewed, to make the person who is interviewed talk fluently and sincerely, so as to move the audience on spot and in front of TV, and to produce emotion together with anchorperson and the person who is interviewed. Anyway at present, in most interview programs, the conversion doesn't go deep into the inner world of the person interviewed, and is not vivid. The anchorperson doesn't throw into affection, so that the program is short of human touch, and it can't attach the ideal effect of moving the audience on spot nor touching the audience in front of TV.This article will make use of personal communication and mass communication, use the essence of personal communication, which means shaking off the fetters of role of society, getting close to the personality, and meet of "real me" and "real you", from "face to face" to "heart to heart". With the problems, the author will make some suggestions from three aspects to resolve the present problems, to improve the communication effect, so as to improve the program's competition.
