Today, with the rapid development of Internet and the widely used of mobile phone, the business of telecommunication expanding quickly.Especially,the business of short-message had become a main part of telecommunication business.In the same time,telecommunication service provider need to change their role from network manager to service provider and enhance the ability of business analysis by rebuilding the network management system.Data warehouse is a data environment which is the key to data analyzing process,where data have four basic characteristics:subject-oriented, integated,non-volatile and consistent mutative along with time. Data-warehousing management system of telecommunication network is the core of large-scale management system in telecommunication network. By collecting, integrating and storing the historial data related to telecommunication opertion in the whole telecommunication networks, it provides the data support to the application in network management.This paper present a solution how to build a Short Message Integrated Business Operations Support System of telecommunication network based on the OLAP Technology. Main work and production includes:1. The reserch and application of the Integrated Network Management;2. The reserch and application of the OLAP Technology;3.
