The Design And Implementation Of OTA Business Downloan Platform

In recent years, Mobile Communication industry of China developed rapidly, and the majority of mobile communication users did not only satisfied with mobile phone's instant call and message function. As a result, mobile operators are commited to develop various mobile value-added services. Aim at simply and efficiently popularizing these value-added services to the users, OTA (Over The Air) Technology has emerged. OTA Technology can remotely manage mobile value-added business data in users'card through mobile communication network air interface, and facilitate users'access to personalized mobile value-added services.The article firstly introduces the development process of OTA business and the background of OTA Business Download Platform based on short message. The overall design of OTA Business Download Platform, describes its logical structure, the function of each module and three interfaces which contact the main function modules:interface of OTA download server and database, interface of OTA download server and short message gateway and interface of OTA download server and user card (STK card).The detail design of OTA Business Download Platform introduces communication process of OTA download server and database, recommends communication process of OTA download server and short message gateway, presents designation and implementation of the interface of OTA download server and user card, and specific designation of value-added services menu data.To facilitate testing and maintenance of the OTA Business Download Platform under developing, the background management interface is designed and implemented, and tests for each function of OTA Business Download Platform are carried out.Finally, the paper describes data security technology adopted by the OTA Business Download Platform and its realization method. Through comparation of sequence number, it avoids OTA download server repeating response to the same submitting request and thus realizes the effectiveness. Through comparation of MAC value, it prevents data from malicious modification during transporting and thus confirms the reliability of data submitted to OTA download server or delivered to user card.
