With the rapid development of Internet in the world, network application,especially the application of multimedia video conference and distance learning, utilizingmulticast can save a large amount of bandwidth while transmitting the multimedia datamore. However, it will cause more and more serious congestion problem. Multicastcongestion control is necessary in avoiding congestion collapsing and ensuring faircompetition in bandwidth with unicast. And it is assure that the control of importedcommunication flow can achieve the balancing situation between avoiding loss ofpackets and high throughput of network. But we need to consider the congestion shaking,stability of system, of the nodal occupancy volume of buffer of the network whilecontrolling. While the stability of system, it can prevent the lost of data packets causedby shaking, and can raise the throughput of the network system by utilizing rapidly whenthe network usable bandwidth increases.Because of its enormous complexity, the research of congestion control can't alreadysatisfy the formal subjective analysis method. In abroad, the research in congestioncontrol has basically turned to strict mathematics dynamics analysis, controlling andoptimizing theory analyze existed congested steady state and dynamic performance inorder to design a new one congestion control algorithm with the aid of nonlinear kineticsmethod. We have put forward the new design methods which sent the single speed drivenin end and sown more of the congestion control, and use the modern control theory andmethod: Schur-Cohn criterion and Routh-Hurwitz stability judgement method, to discusshow utilize single-rate-based that multicast congestion control method to sow more lettersource end sending speed regulate nodal, and to make letter source end sending speedprone to the area to be steady, and to branch node buffering occupancy volume tendtowards stability nodal.Results show that these congestion control designs make the function of internetprone to be steady and be in a good state.
