Group's Financial Management System Based On Erp Study

This paper is to offer modern enterprise groups with some reference suggestions andtheory support related to their group financial management system. It conducts study withand from three aspects: application and development of financial management software,construction of group financial management system and actual application of UF ERP/NCsystem in Suhui group for their centralized financial management.With regard to the application and development of financial management software,the paper studies the characteristics of computerization accounting and of informationaccounting and also makes comparison between them. It points out that:ⅰ) accountinginformation system is the key sub-system of the enterprise management system;ⅱ)information accounting is the definite trend of accounting development; andⅲ) financialsoftware should go ahead in direction of network financial management system based onInternet Web B/S structure.With regard to construction of group financial management system, the paper studiesenterprise group, characteristics of group financial management and types of groupfinancial management. It thinks it to be an internal demand for China enterprise groups tobuild up the centralized financial management system with authority centralization asprimary condition and authority decentralization as supporting one. It sets up the ERPmanagement model and suggests that enterprise group should construct ERP-basedfinancial management system that realizes synergy between business and finance.With regard to the actual application of group financial management system, the paperconducts study with the example of Suhui group's successful application of UF ERP/NCsystem. It formulates the background and circumstances related to this group's ERP/NCproject. It analyses the general ledger model and financial report model, the two majorcomponents of ERP/NC system applied in Suhui group's financial management.
