Research And Development Of Integrated Network Management System

This paper firstly analyze the problems of the centralized collection presentation whythe present telecom operation support system(oss) can not satisfied the alarm and thealarming information can not to be related with the custom information, etc. An importantreason of these problems is that each field of the present collection sustained system isindependent, oss is to be disconnected with business support system (bss), the prosceniumof the business procedure does not combine so well with the backstage, and the resourcescan not be utilized effectively. Through comparison, we point out the shortcomings of thetraditional network management.In this paper, the communication agreement which is according to the differentfacilities divides the ways of the facility alarm collection into 3 categories: the alarmcollection of special network manage communication on the basis of TCP/IP, the networktopology structure on the basis of snmp agreement and the collection of facility function,and the facility alarm collection on the basis of ASN. 1. The ways of alarm collection onthe basis of these agreements are given and we brought up the settlement scheme of allnetwork-all fields facility alarm collection and related custom informationconnection—Comprehensive network management.This paper analyze the necessity and the important role in the routine ofcomprehensive network management after the telecommunication operation transferredfrom "Face to net, face to facility" into "Face to business ,face to custom".In the end, we introduced in detail every function of comprehensive networkmanagement and the influence and sense this system play in our work.
