Along with the development of university expansion scale in the recent years, It make a growth pressure for teaching experiment equipment. In view of being few for DSP teaching experiment of Automation Department, this article proposed one kind of design proposal of multi-object experiment system based on DSP design proposal.The embedded DSP system is one kind of general system which inserts DSP to the application electron system. The embedded DSP hardware platform has the characteristics of quick processing speed, high precision and strong reliability. The research on this project is of the vital practical significance to improving teaching experiment, developing the student learning capability and promoting the development of the scientific research.At present, the multi-object experimental platform has the flaws in three aspects. The first is that the microprocessors used in the multi-object experimental platform mainly are C51 single chip, whose running speed cannot satisfy the requirement of advanced control algorithms. On the other hand, the system integration rate is not high, the entire control system is huge, the periphery function electric circuit is complex, the control mode is not flexible. Thirdly, there is few that DSP experiment equipment uses in the automation department at present, moreover mostly sole object.Aimed at the above three shortages, we made the following three improvements. First, In the design of control teaching platform, we have chosen several kind of typical controlled objects in the current automated technology application, not only has the traditional big inertia, big lag, non-linear furnace temperature control system; but also has the quick movement direct circuit motor and step motor; Thirdly, in the design of the hardware circuits, TMS320F2812 microprocessor produced by Texas Instruments (TI) was adopted as the CPU of the control platform. TMS320F2812 is a kind of microprocessor with ultra-low-power and highly integrated degree. Its running speed is faster than C51 single chip and has powerful instruction set. TMS320F2812 can complete many advanced control algorithms on line.Moreover the interior unique hardware architecture has brought enormous convenient for the controller software and hardware design; Finally, in the software design aspect, we designed has master machine monitoring software by VC++6.0 as well as under the CCS2000 development environment, realization slave machine DSP control software by C language and assembly language. Moreover we introduce the operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ, we could chooseμC/OS-Ⅱembedded real-time operating system, has attempted to carry on the adjustment and the management the system.The author has designed and made the hardware circuits of the intelligent controller, and written control software, and through the software debugging as well as the experiment, From the experiment result, it was concluded that the experimental platform designed in this research has better feasibility, high reliability, structure simple, design reasonable feasible, cost inexpensive, better extension. It might use the teaching resources fully, solved the question of experimental study period to be limited, the test installation was insufficient. It certainly to have the widespread development prospects for in the scientific research and the teaching domain.
