Design And Realize Of PLC Experimental System Based On The Embedded Controlled Object

At present,the course related to PLC control is a very practical course,It mostly teaches students that In the industrial field environment How to use the programmable controller in the industrial equipment and production process control. In order to let the students truly master the programmable control technology and ensure the effectiveness of teaching, in the course it must let the students hands-on, minds, comprehensive and detailed grasp of the programmable control technology, by way of a series of closely related with the industrial experiment. But because of the lack of experimental equipment and lag, the effect of experiment teaching is not just as one wishes, Students lack of technology in this field, the application will affect the future work and the application of PLC Technology.In this paper we will design the PLC system for experiment teaching,By way of Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the PLC system existed for experimental teaching,Combined with needs of the application of PLC Technology. This system according to the control requirements can meet the needs of the students to design their own hardware circuit and wire it, design their own program and debug the system, give full play to students’ creative thinking and practical ability of the person. At the same time to enrich the teaching methods of teachers, improve student interest in learning, improve teaching effect, but also can provide the experimental subjects and experiment method for professional teacher research in complex control system, intelligent control system and so on.According to the experimental teaching of PLC, we will propose a scheme that is retaining the core hardware and the virtualization of controlled system, and will design a set of experiment teaching, safe and easy to use, full-featured PLC experimental device. The experimental device has the visual system, the traditional experimental system, which has low cost, open virtual experiment system.The experiment system mainly includes:Power supply, main circuit, PLC input / output line,the controlled Object module based on Embedded and the operation platform of virtual controlled system.
