With the development of Internet technology, Internet Education is being popularizing. How to use and share the educational resource, distributional store, online test, automatic analysis of test paper and the statistical analysis of test paper are research importance. This paper introduced the design and research of "Internet Educational Resource System". The system adopts three-tiers architecture based on B/S mode and C/S mode and UML (Unified Modeling Language) is chosen as the modeling language.The XML-RPC technique is used, in the system design, to solve the synchronized question between the center of resource contents and resource node. The adoption of XML and the Jsp in compiling the browser to visit the database causes the separation between the website logic page and the web and realizes the functions of the business, security, conversation in web. The functions of inputing and querying the exam result, selecting courses on network, checking the schedule of classes and managing the students status, in the subsystem of educational administration, are mainly achieved. The network resource database mainly fulfills the functions of transmitting, downloading and browsing resource. In the examination subsystem, an algorithm of automatic test-question Extraction is improved and the method of test paper auto-generation based on Adaptive Hybrid Evolutionary Mechanism (AHEM) is proposed. The algorithm has the advantages of high efficiency, good objectivity, moderately difficult level and producing the multi-share test paper. The function of the statistical analysis of test paper is designed in the test management system. This system can carry on a reasonable analysis of test paper according to the condition of students' answer. The system can help to improve the teaching quality. Apart from the above mentioned, this thesis also provides the detailed introduction of every module's function and the key thought of programming.Finally, in the thesis, the shortcomings of the system are pointed out based on the practical implementation of the system, as well as the prospect of this field is suggested.
