In the process of copper flash smelting, because the moisture contents of copper ore is a very important parameter, it must be controlled between 0.1-0.3% by pneumatic drying. But with the limit of the technology conditions, the real-time value of the moisture contents of the ore can not be obtained, which will cause the fluctuation of the moisture contents. That humidity is not steady, that the input of nitrogen can cause the human security problem, that the pneumatic drying process is strong coupling and uncertain, that the traditional math model method can be difficult carried out and that the nitrogen and dilute wind are now controlled by workers are not ideal. The expert control system based on artificial intelligence is introduced to control the flow rate of nitrogen and dilute wind.In the thesis, the shortcomings of the three part pneumatic conveying drying process are researched in detail based on the technique principles of the Guixi Smelter. Under the present control situation, the real-time data acquisition and in situ monitor of the DCS control system and with the support of the great deal of running data in the database, a pneumatic drying expert control system is designed.Then the approach to get the knowledge of the expert control system and the process of building rule base are analyzed. The solution of the oxygen content based on materiel equilibrium and heat quantity balance is researched and an approximate answer which satisfies engineering application is obtained. According to the representation and organization of the knowledge, the knowledge base is built on database technique. By virtue of the feature, the inference mechanism of the pneumatic drying expert control system based on the forward reasoning is put forward and the reasoning tactic is realized.The software of the system, which based on the DCS system and real-time database, adopts the triple layer structure design method. The modules of knowledge base, reasoning engine, explanation mechanism and human-computer interface are separately accomplished. After the test of the system, the work intensity of the locale operating staff is remitted and the production security is guaranteed. |
