Telecom's Consolidated Balance To The Monitoring System Design And Implementation

With the competition among telecommunication enterprises becoming fierce and the quantity of teleservice increasing, telecom general settlement has been an important issue gradually. In order to improve the efficiency as soon as possible, all telecom enterprises must build up telecom general settlement system. At the same time, they also must construct a safe and effective monitoring system to ensure the reliability and stability of telecom general settlement system. The settlement monitoring system is specifically designed for the provincial telecom general settlement system.On the background of Hunan telecom general settlement system, the business demands of telecom general settlement system are introduced in the thesis. Its design and implementation are represented from both hardware and software aspects in details. Its key technologies that need to be resolved are investigated deeply. Furthermore, the advantages of the system are summarized and the disadvantages are also put forward.The main work in the thesis is listed as follows.Firstly, the centralized-distributed hardware architecture based on agent is adopted in the monitoring system. It can meet the staffs requirements and achieve the goal of centralized supervision. Secondly, the mixed mode of C/S and B/S is selected as the software architecture of the system. It ensures the real-time and accuracy of the data and friendly interface of the system. Thirdly, ADODB technology is applied for joining PHP and Oracle, which is convenient to the system update and database transplantation. Fourthly, the improved UDP protocol is used for network communication so as to ensure the system's real-time performance and communication reliability. Fifthly, the security and real-time policies for the system are presented. Finally, the C/S and B/S subsystems are developed in C and PHP to realize the expected functions.The monitoring system has been tested in Hunan telecom and the results show that it is perfect. It runs steadily. During operation, it can quickly and accurately find the troubles in the settlement system and inform the staff at once, so that the staff can successfully solve the problems under the help of its specialistic suggestions. In a word, the monitoring system lightens the burden on the staff and provides the staff with a safer and faster way to deal with the settlement work.
