The fundamental purpose of modern logistics is to increase the efficiency of logistics, to decrease the cost of logistics and meet customs demand. And the information construction is the core of logistics, taking full advantage of modern information technology and establishing the plan and control of procurement, production and sales of enterprise by applying Supply Chain mode is the certain trend of enterprise logistics development. How to build a perfect logistics information system is one of the important research subjects of enterprise information construction. The paper mainly researches the design and implement of the business layer of logistics information system on the middle or large scale of mining and smelting enterprise group. After the analysis of supply chain mode and researching status of both internal and aboard, the paper researches some critical technologies of business layer. These technologies include: layering architecture based on web service, the standardization of message design, scalable message type, distributive node engine, logistics network route based on content, access management base on logistics node.According to the basic concept and theory of logistics network based on supply chain, the paper accomplishes overall design of business layer and elaborates the main function design of business layer, includes design of main message, design of node engine and access management. Finally, The paper accomplishes the implementation of business layer adopting iterative software development process based on UML, and implements smoothly transference from the UML model to the source code.
