| The reform of compensation system is an important part of the whole reform of the public institution of our country. Along with the reform progress, income marketization, compensation diversification and independent allotment have become objective desirability of our society.The broadcasting and television industry has its own public and industry attribute. As an official broadcasting institution of our country, the TV station works like other public institution. But after China joined WTO, TV station began to develop rapidly and became an industry. Therefore, how to gain the competitive advantages over other media is an important topic to the whole broadcasting and television industry.This article aims at the compensation system of the broadcasting and television industry. Taking the 'H' TV station as a research object, after a thorough analysis of current compensation and invigoration system of this TV station, this article points out the existing problem and brings out a new compensation and performing assessment system. Based on the strategy design of compensation system, the new system is quite different from the traditional salary design method. With the job analysis and Performance Evaluation, particularly after using the quantified index to evaluate the work performance of each unit, this article designs a new compensation and invigoration system that meets the further development of this TV station.The article has six parts:The first part is a preface, which illustrates the background, significance and research method of this article.The second part is the theory foundation of this article. This part mainly elaborates the meaning and content of compensation and its principle and strategy. And it also describes the meaning, principle and construction of Performance Evaluation.The third part is the evolve history of compensation management system of 'H' TV station. At first, this part describes the development of the compensation system of the public institution including the domestic and aboard media industry. Secondly, focusing on the 'H' TV station, this article analyses the existing problems and reasons of its compensation management system.The fourth part is the strategy design of compensation system. In this part, the new strategy and its content are designed. And furthermore, the strategy of human resource and core competence issues are also studied.The fifth part is the detail design of compensation system of 'H' TV station. In this part, all aspects of the compensation are concerned, including the structure of compensation and Performance Evaluation, and also, the article designs the new compensation invigoration system.The sixth part is the implement of the compensation project. This part analyses motive and resistance of the compensation reform and put forward some supporting measures. |
