The evaluation of Geological Reconnaissance and Evaluation is a complicated process, there are lots of aspects need to be considered, such as statistics and management of data, construction of evaluation model. Analysis of ore sample changing characters and mine control degree, finally submit the the counted deposit results of various ore. All these aspects are referred plenty of complex space information. Meanwhile, in some places, the geological researcher always doing this work manually, this has low automation. And the project profiles are mainly reserved in the form of paper, which is pretty difficult to trace and reuse.This paper based on the Geological Reconnaissance and Evaluation system, deeply researched the drawing automation of section map. First, it systematically analyzed and designed the Section Drawing System; Second, it studied the drawing algorithm of project projection picture which can reflect geological deposit staightly according to data drawing.Third , automatic creation algorithm of stratum borderline was discussed in detail,developed the section manual edit system, and implemented the virtual drill operation on the section; Finally, it provided the users a correct, founction consummate, reusable section drawing system...
