Grid computing (GC) is one of the most important application components at the Grid application researching. The emergence of Grid computing makes distributing large-scaled applications among multiple institutions and physical locations possible. The main task of the Grid is to support the creation and maintenance of Virtual Organizations (VO) in an infrastructure manner. By paralleling the computing systems through the network environment, separating and scheduling the job, the cost of high performance computing can be greatly reduced.GLOBUS TOOL KITS 4.0.4 is the main object of the study in this thesis, This thesis performs an in-depth analysis of construction mechanism swim, has done exploratory research on control of network bandwidth and bandwidth issues with combination of IPv6 protocol standards, and made a pilot certification.The main results are as follows:1. The infrastructure of WSRF (Web Service Resource Framework) based on GLOBUS TOOL KITS is investigated in detail. The grid-computing platform in a small-scale environment is realized.2. The QoS(Quality of Service) guarantee of data communications of Grid computing in the over broadcasting field is studied in detail with the relative mechanisms discussed, and exploratory research on control of network bandwidth and bandwidth issues has been performed with the combination of IPv6 protocol standards to retain Traffic Class field and Flow Label field of the Grid computing.3. Finally, this thesis summarizes the grid computing system, briefly analyzes its characteristic, and proposes the future research direction.
