The working condition of the antiaircraft system is more complex because of the diversification of air attack weapons and the diversification of the methods of electronic warfare. How to improve the combat effectiveness and the survival ability of the antiaircraft system is an important problem to solve. Netted radar is an important way to solve this problem. In this way, more than three different radars which have different working system, frequency and polarization are joined together. All the data the radars received is transmitted to the center radar. The information fusion is done there. The netted radar system can achieve more information than any single radar.The netted radar systems can be classified into three different kinds based on the way of data processing: distributed system, centralized system, and the mix of distributed system and centralized system. In distributed system, each radar processes the data it received and produces a track. Then the tracks are transmitted to the center radar. All the tracks fusion is done there. This structure is reliable and practicable. When one radar of the netted radar system is invalid, the whole capability of the system will not change enormously. So, the distributed system is the most effective structure when a new netted radar system is designed.The netted radar systems are applied widely no matter overseas or domestic. It is difficult for the enemy to jam these systems or to detect the information of the region the netted radar systems overcastted. How to jam the netted radar systems is an important problem to face on. Due to the disadvantages the netted radar system has, there are many ways to jam these systems, such as distributed jamming, netted detection system and so on.In this paper, the conception of netted radar and the application of netted radar systems are introduced. The methods of jamming against netted radar systems are also introduced. Then, the way netted radar systems working is introduced, such as how to set the locations of radars, how to fusion the information, how to correlate tracks, and so on. Based on these, a netted radar which has a distributed structure is established. This system is made up of three radars. The frequency each radar works on, the way of signal processing, and the region the system covered is given. Then, the track jamming arithmetic is analyzed. The way how to set the jamming power, azimuth jam-delay, distance jam-delay and Doppler frequency-shift to jam the general radar is introduced, and the formula are given. Based on these formula, one or more false track can be described, and enemy radar is deceived. To jam the netted radar system established frontly using this arithmetic, the system is jammed efficaciously.
