Nowadays, The high temperature superconductor technology has been widely used both in the civil and military, In this paper, a superconductor oscillator is designed using superconductor technology, which has a good performance at phase noise acquisition in microwave and millimeter wave band.there has been related report at this field both in the country and abroad. In this paper, the traditional design has been improved by the way of changing the electrical ring into the cut-off waveguide port at the input and output coupled equipment, using the advanced geometry of filter design ,or miniaturized design and so on , which make the circuit geometry of the superconductor oscillator more reasonable.This paper investigated a sapphire dielectric resonator loaded high-Tc superconductor films at the both ends. With the new technology the quality factor Q get a great improvement than normal one. By using this resonator, a good performance oscillator will be got. Some necessary circuits was designed for the oscillator: a three degree series low noise amplifier and a buffer amplifier has been designed and manufactured; some passive circuits was designed such as elliptical function step impedance resonator(SIR) structure filter,3dB directional coupler,phase shifter etc. Some improvement methods was proposed at the end of this paper.For the purpose of practicality, STIRING cooler that works efficiently with little power consumption, has been used in this paper.
