For monitoring and controlling the status of a produce process or a move object, it needs to test all kind of their status. Traditional test technology and system already can't satisfy the test of industry produce process status. Therefore, it is important to introduce advanced technology about automatic test and dummy test for developing digital and intelligentized real-time test system. Based on the actual engineering issue, a new kind of ACM test system is designed and implemented in this paper.Aiming at the ACM test requirement, a project has been designed to develop programmable ACM test system based on PCI bus and controlled by computer. In this paper, PCI bus specification has been presented and PCI bus interface implement based on PCI9052 chip has been discussed in detail. Then, hardware and software design have been researched and described. At last we carry out system performance test and list all of test results.System hardware is implemented by design valve control module and data acquisition module and signal regulation module. To implement valve control module, we need to design PCI bus interface circuit, FPGA circuit, insulation circuit, DAC circuit and V/I conversion circuit. In the topic of designing Data acquisition card, we firstly present the scheme of Data acquisition card, and then we implement the A/D conversion module, and FIFO buffer module and logic control module. To implement signal regulation module, we need to design I/V conversion circuit, rotate speed transducer and temperature transducers regulation circuit. The function of signal regulation module is to convert transducers signal to fit in with acquiring by PCI data acquisition card.In the topic of driver program design and application design, we present the traits of WDM and develop the valve control card's driver program by DriverStudio, and then we research the developing and implement of application. In the process of application developing, we present the design of application's function, structure, flow chart and emphasize on design data acquisition module, data analysis and management module. In data analysis and management module, we mainly analyze and deal with vibration signal.For analyzing system performance, we have measured the precision of data acquisition channels and performed ACM locale test by ACM test system. After testing, we list all of test results in the paper.At present, the ACM test system has accomplished and successfully used in Boeing 737 airplane ACM test. The actual test results prove that the ACM test system can stably run with high precision and convenient operation and its performance perfectly meets the anticipant requirement.
