The research in this paper is about "K band T/R module". This paper begins with the transceiver, and analyses the entire system. And then illustrate the important part in the whole system. At last simulate the whole T/R module and test it.Chapter 1 in this paper is an introduction of the significant of T/R module research and the background and development of T/R module in our country and foreign.Chapter 2 introduces the basic principle of the receiver and the transmitter, and the structure of the receiver and the transmitter. This chapter also includes some important aspect in the design of receivers and transmitters.Chapter 3 is about the design and development of power dividers and filters. The theory and design methods of power divider and filters are introduced particularly, and a power divider, a low pass microstrip filter, a bandpass filters and an waveguide filter are designed.Chapter 4 introduces the design of waveguide to microstrip transitions-filine.Chapter 5 is about the design of the amplifier and the mixer. By the rapidly development of the MMIC technology, this chapter also introduce it.Chapter 6 introduces the design of waveguide coupler.
